Both Phones has a metal body and Fingerprint Scanner on the back. InFocus Turbo 5 comes with a 5.2-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) display whereas Redmi 4 comes in 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) display. Both Phones has 2.5D curved glass. Both Phones support Dual SIM Support which is Hybrid.
Infocus Turbo 5 is powered by 1.3GHz Quad-core MediaTek MT6737 64-bit Processor with 2/3GB of RAM and 16/32GB of internal storage compared to Redmi 4 which has Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 processor with 2/3/4GB RAM and 16/32/64GB internal storage with microSD card support. Both Phones has 13MP Rear and 5MP front facing camera.
